To end our Fourth of July celebrations we went to nearby town Deer Park to watch their firework show. Surprisingly Alexis was not scared of the loud sound. We had a great time during the show but leaving was a nightmare. Gridlock does not even explain the situation. We made it home by 11:30pm and everyone had already crashed or in my case was more than ready to crash in my bed and never wake up. Ok, I guess I'll wake but not until I get lots of sleep.
